Electric Locks & Exit Devices

Electric Strikes
Electronic Strikes provide medium to high security control to any area. They can be installed in/on virtually any door frame. These durable units work in conjunction with card readers or some other access control device and are designed to operate in both fail safe and fail secure modes.

Electromagnetic Locks
Electromagnetic Locks are powerful, durable, and reliable. They can be installed on a wide variety of doors including single and double doors that swing both inward and outward, and sliding doors. Locks have an average holding force of over 1600 lbs. Electromagnetic Locks interface with card readers or other access control devices.

Electronic Exit Devices
Most exit devices are primarily used on fire rated doors to allow safe egress in an emergency situation as well as to latch upon closing to act as barrier against the spread of fire. However, for applications where security as well as safety is a consideration delayed-egress exit devises are typically utilized. Delayed egress crash bars provide a timed delay along with an audible alarm to prohibit a quick exit in a secured area. Also, exit devices can have outside trim to allow people to enter. Today's electronic exit devices can be hardwired and integrated into an access control or intrusion detection system or they can be battery operated and standalone.
