Fence Gates
AST can provide fence gates of all types, including chain link, wooden, or aluminum framed that can be opened or closed either by swinging or sliding by the use of a motorized operator. The width of the opening and the size of the gate determine the size of the gate operator. The most common gate operator motor sizes are ½, ¾ and 1 horsepower.

Barrier Gates
A barrier gate is a motorized unit that raises a gate arm from a horizontal position to a vertical position to allow the passage of a motor vehicle. These gates can have automatic controls such as card readers and vehicle detectors that can be controlled by a switch in the security office. High-speed barrier gates using 10' or 12' arms will open in less then two seconds. Heavy-duty gates with arms up to 24' are also available.
